Its decent, central location was a plus. My room was updated and neat with fridge and microwave, had safe for safety measures. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, so I would stay here again.

Everything at this small hotel was good as we expected. The room was beautifully maintained, especially a pleasant view of the ocean from the window. It was bright and bathroom included a bath. The entire staff were helpful.

It was convenient and priced well for my quick stay in the area.
Nothing. It was not the Hilton but it was adequate for a one night stay in a small town.

It is an older Inn, but has been updated quite nicely. It is within walking distance to 3 restaurants.
Said we had a pet friendly room, but in reality, I think they were afraid of the pet (a dachshund), would ruin the room. Lots of "do not" rules. Not a real pet friendly location, but adequate in a pinch.

Didn't really like it. It is an old building and if there is someone in the room above you, it is very noisie.
It was a $49.00 to $69.00 dollar a night room with not any extras. No VCRo DVD no ice machine. Bed was uncomfortable. Room was very clean is all I can say good about it.

This place was just an excellent fit for a short stint in Brookings with good price value. The old carpets definitely felt gross, but it was fine for a quick stop. Watch out for the loud traffic noise at night.
